1. Do I need to register an account to place an order?
No, you can purchase as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

5. How do I enter my shipping address?
Because the website and services are provided in English, all information must be in English characters (including punctuation). If there are non-English letters in the address, please replace them with similar English letters, for example, replacing "?" with "c."

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a home address rather than a vacation address, as we cannot predict customs processing times.

7. How long does shipping take? How can I track my package?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. After your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and website address. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
